The General Services Administration is seeking advisory and assistance services to support the US Special Operations Command in evaluating and improving the Joint Airborne ISR Sensor Data Transport Infrastructure. The primary goal is to assess current disparate sensor data transport systems and develop a fiscally efficient, DoD-level enterprise replacement. This effort involves conducting an Analysis of Alternatives to identify a best-of-breed solution for downlinking and distributing sensor data across line-of-sight and beyond line-of-sight assets, including government and contractor-operated infrastructures. The government requires subject matter expertise in a wide array of AISR capabilities, including various unmanned aerial systems, DISA infrastructures, and broader DoD transport strategies. The anticipated contract is structured as an advisory and assistance services agreement with a contemplated five-year period of performance. Services will be performed at USSOCOM in Tampa, Florida, or other designated locations to ensure more effective operations for future joint sensor data transport.
