The Joint Personal Property Shipping Office Mid-Atlantic (JPPSOMA) is seeking qualified small businesses to provide household goods movement services under a non-personnel services contract for the Department of Defense, covering intra-city and intra-area moves within a 35,000-square-mile area including Maryland, Virginia, the District of Columbia, and parts of West Virginia.
