AI Contract Overview
This notice serves as a justification for an interim contract to provide comprehensive medical services to the inmate population at FDC SeaTac. Seven Corners, INC. is designated as the incumbent provider and will continue to deliver essential healthcare services through a period of performance spanning from October 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026. The scope of work includes inpatient and outpatient facility and physician services, as well as specialized outpatient services provided by psychiatrists and optometrists. The decision to utilize a non-competitive procurement process is driven by the critical need to ensure uninterrupted and timely medical care for the inmate population. This interim action is intended to bridge the gap until a new comprehensive medical services contract can be successfully awarded through a full and open competitive process. By securing these services through this justification, the agency aims to avoid any delays in medical care that would be incompatible with the institution's operational requirements and safety needs.
