The IRS Office of Information Technology Acquisitions (OITA) negotiated a sole source award with 6Branches inc, dba Justinmind of San Francisco, CA for Justinmind Prototype software maintenance for 150 software licenses. SPI No. 2014-9Z-Z20TT-005, Justinmind Visualization Application; CI: 3152 Software - Laptops/Desktops with a Period of Performance: Start 09/30/2015 - End 09/29/2016. The software is proprietary to Justinmind and maintenance is required to continue usage of the original licenses. This action resulted in a firm fix priced purchase order.The NAICS code is 510210 and a size standard of $38.5M. This announcement is in accordance with FAR 13.106-1. This is a notice of intent to award using other than full and open competition and should not be considered a request for competitive proposals. NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT IS AVAILABLE. A request for more information or a copy of the solicitation will not be considered a response. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. Responses to this notice must be emailed to Andrew Greenfield at alan.j.monico@irs.gov. All responses must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) on day of Notice closing, and will be considered by the Government. All information submitted should support the offeror's capability to provide the services required and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. Responses must be in writing and provide clear and concise documentation indicating an offeror's bona fide capability to provide these services. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered. Any responses received as a result of this notice, shall be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement. Responses will NOT be considered as either proposals or bids. A determination by the Government not to open this requirement to competition, based upon any written responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
