Market research was conducted on 29 July 2016 by the end user in which he received information from KenCast, Inc. On April 18, 2017 KenCast confirmed in a formal letter dated April 18, 2017 that this previous research is still accurate and they are the only source and do not resell. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
