Kenosha County Golf and Parks Division Maintenance Buildings Design Services

Kenosha County is soliciting proposals for professional architectural and engineering design services, bidding support, and construction administration for two maintenance facilities within the Golf and Parks Division. The project involves a approximately 6,500 square foot facility at Petrifying Springs Golf Course with a budget of 1.75 million dollars and a 12,500 square foot facility at the park maintenance shop yard with a budget of 2.5 million dollars. The scope of work includes comprehensive design documentation covering structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and civil engineering. Specific tasks include remodeling the Golf Maintenance Building to create a staff break and meeting room and upgrading mower storage, as well as optimizing equipment storage and repairing windows and walls at the Park Maintenance Building. The selected vendor will be responsible for all design and construction administration services, though the County will separately handle costs for soil testing and utility location.
