Scope: The City of Ontario ("City") is requesting information from construction contractors to establish a list of interested contractors for the “Keys to Community” Program (the “Program”), which includes the Housing Rehabilitation Loan (“HRL”) and Exterior Beautification Grant (“EBG”) Programs seeking contractors with experience in construction and rehabilitation of residential housing.
The scope of work for eligible projects may include the following: Essential home repairs, including structural improvements, ADA-related modifications, upgrades needed to meet housing quality standards, and façade repairs and improvements (e.g., exterior painting, siding repair and replacement, landscaping, installation of irrigation systems, and removal of fencing and walls).
