The contract does not include competitive evaluation factors, pricing details, inspection criteria, or formal specifications beyond the scope of equipment component replacement, and no technical standards or packaging requirements are referenced. Any other potential sources may submit a capability statement and Indian Economic Enterprise representation form via email to Ms. Daisha Richards, the designated Purchasing Agent, by 10:00 a.m. EST on May 22, 2026, though submission does not obligate the government to respond or reconsider the sole-source decision. All submissions must be electronic, no oral communications are accepted, and failure to comply with representation requirements may invoke penalties under federal false statement and False Claims Act statutes. The place of performance is specifically Kayenta, Arizona, with the contracting office located in Window Rock, AZ, and no payment, invoicing, or contract administration details beyond the point of contact are provided in the notice.
