The Project includes, without limitation, furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment and other incidental and appurtenant Work necessary to satisfactorily complete the Project, as more specifically described in specifications. This Work will be performed in strict conformance with the specifications, permits from regulatory agencies with jurisdiction, and applicable regulations. The quantity of Work to be performed and materials to be furnished are approximations only, being given as a basis for the comparison of Bids. Actual quantities of Work to be performed may vary at the discretion of the County. The project will involve the installation of approximately 1,132 feet of new 8" HDPE piping to be connected to existing 12" PVC piping at South Deer Creek. A majority of the new piping will be placed above ground. Work will also include: installation of new culverts to protect the HDPE piping at two road crossing locations, repair of the access road after installation of the culverts, and installation of a new air relief valve at approximately Sta 7+08.
