Solicitation W91YTZ-17-T-0348 seeks the procurement of one set of Depuy Synthes TC3 knee revision implants and associated instrumentation for a patient-specific surgery scheduled for August 15, 2017, at Fort Gordon, Georgia. The required equipment includes various components such as the TC3 femur, MBT revision tibia, wedges, sleeves, augments, stems, and inserts. Technical specifications mandate a rotating platform in revision constraints, a common MBT Revision Tibial Base across constraint levels, and metaphyseal sleeves that provide rotational stability and compress bone according to Wolff's Law. Additionally, modular porous sleeves must be compatible with Depuy systems and capable of accommodating Engh Type II bone defects. Vendors must provide detailed documentation for evaluation and are required to have a representative present in the operating room during the procedure. Proposals must be submitted by August 9, 2017, and should include any applicable shipping charges. The contract will be awarded to the lowest evaluated price that meets all technical and acceptability standards. Failure to provide necessary substitute information by the deadline or delivery of items that do not meet the strict material and size requirements will result in disqualification or the return of the product at the vendor's expense.
