1) Knovel/Elsevier Subscription, period of performance: 6/1/16 to 3/31/17 (Quantity - 1 each). The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapns Divison, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other that full and open competition basis this requirement, in accordance with FAR 12 and 13. This requirement is sole sourced to Knovel Corporation, 360 Park Avenue South, 7th Floor, New York, NY 10010 due to unique capability and for continued use of existing product. Knovel Corporation is the only known source for the complete, up-to-date, full text access to Knovel's sources and delivers proprietary content in many areas. All responsible sources must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at the following website: https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. Written responses shall be submitted by e-mail to contact@example.gov or mailed to NAWCWPNS, Code 220000D, Attn: Susan Wigfield, 429 East Bowen Road, Mail Stop 4015, China Lake, CA 93555-6108 no later than 5 days from this notice date. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the item without causing programmatic hardship.
