Knowledge Direct Global Fundamentals Annual subscription

The U.S. Navy’s Naval Air Warfare Center Air Division is soliciting a sole-source firm fixed-price purchase for a Thomson Reuters/Refinitiv Knowledge Direct Fundamentals Plus Global Annual Subscription under solicitation N00421-26-Q-1188, intended to support the Cost and Schedule Analysis Department in performing full life cycle cost estimating and integrated project management for naval aviation systems. The contract is being procured under FAR Part 12, with no set-aside, and requires all offerors to be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) prior to submission, with compliance enforced through incorporated clauses including 52.204-13 and 52.204-7, both subject to Deviation 2026-00038. The subscription period runs from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, with delivery required by June 30, 2026, to the destination at Building 665, 47179 Vaughan Road, Patuxent River, Maryland, utilizing FOB Destination terms.
