The software supports advanced analytical functions including parametric and non-parametric testing, mixed linear models, Principal Components Analysis, and machine learning tools like Decision Trees and Partial Least Square analysis. Additionally, it offers interactive visualization tools such as heat maps, scatter plots, and tree maps to support the identification of biomarkers and biological network characterization. The government is seeking capability statements from interested parties by September 14, 2026, to determine if a competitive procurement is warranted.
