The contract has a one-year base period with four optional one-year extensions, contingent on funding availability and government approval. Offerors must submit electronic proposals by May 11, 2026, including a completed SF-1449 form, proof of SAM registration, Defense Base Act insurance costs if applicable, and all required representations and certifications, with file sizes not exceeding 30MB per attachment.
