Cabinet Janitorial Services AG-02RC-S-17-0034 Kootenai National Forest Cabinet Ranger Station Sanders County, Montana This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is AG-02RC-S-17-0034 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside with an associated NAICS code of 561720 (Janitorial Services). The small business size standard is $18.0 million dollars average annual receipts for the preceding three fiscal years. This solicitation is for a Firm Fixed Price performance based service contract. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. DESCRIPTION: The intent of this solicitation is to obtain quotes for Janitorial Services for the Cabinet Ranger District Office of the Kootenai National Forest, Trout Creek, MT. The Firm Fixed Price-performance based services covered in this solicitation and resultant contract require the contractor to perform the following, but no limited to cleaning floors such as carpet and rug cleaning, steam cleaning carpets, sweep and mop floors, floor waxing application, empty trash receptacles, clean restrooms such as bathroom fixtures, mirrors, replenish supplies, clean break rooms, kitchen areas, hallways, and conference room, clean glass doors and windows, dusting, building entrances and office furniture. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, labor, supervision, transportation, supplies and materials (including safety, except those supplies and materials designated as Government-furnished), and incidentals necessary to perform all work in accordance with the specifications, terms, and conditions of this contract. See solicitation package for further details. LOCATION: The work sites are located on the Cabinet Ranger District of the Kootenai National Forest approximately 2 miles west of Trout Creek. Refer to solicitation package Description and Location for more details. PERFORMANCE DATES: The Period of Performance is for one (1) Base Year with two (2) Option Years.
