The Department of Cannabis Control, pursuant to authority granted under Business and Profession Code, Division 10, Chapter 2, Section 26012, approved a Small Outdoor commercial cannabis license. The Project will consist of the proposed cultivation includes the cultivation of up to 10,000 square feet (SF) of mature canopy located in Trinity County on Assessor's Parcel Number (APN): 019-510-031-000. The applicant is seeking a Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the County (CCL-856) and is also seeking an Adult Use Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the Department of Cannabis Control (DCC). Cultivation activities are approved to include approx. 9,800sqft of mature canopy in two hundred (200) boxes with 7'x7'canopy areas each. Existing support infrastructure is approved to include a permitted onsite groundwater well and solar system, a 5,000-gallon water storage tank for irrigation and domestic purposes, two (2) 2,500-gallon and a 450-gallon water storage tank for irrigation only, and two (2) hoop houses (14'x44' and 14'x56') for drying. Proposed activities are approved to include replacing the existing pots with raised boxes in the existing cultivation footprint, installation of six (6) 6'x100' hoop houses for immature canopy, two (2) 10'x12' sheds for harvest storage, a 20'x20' cannabis waste composting area, and designation of a 12'x12' trimming area on previously disturbed areas.
