The Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort Bragg, North Carolina intends to award, on a sole source basis in accordance with 10 USC 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, a contract to Technical Innovation, LLC for a Support Agreement Renewal. The Renewal Agreemnt will include technical support and maintenance services for an audio and visual system. The system was originally supplied through Technical Innovation, LLC who has proprietary rights to all software, software maintnance, source code, system drawings and specifications. This is not a Request for Competitive Proposals. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. Determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If you feel your firm possesses the ability to provide these supplies, then you must respond by demonstrating your firms technical capability to meet the requirements. If no affirmative written response is received, the services will be awarded without further notice.
