This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.


Solicitation number 75D301-26-Q-79242 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for the purchase and delivery of two complete direct-space humidification systems for CDC laboratory spaces.


This acquisition is set aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.


CLIN 0001: Lab Humidification System Pilot Project, Quantity: 1 Job. The requirement includes all materials and components necessary for two complete humidification systems. Smart Fog equipment is identified as the basis of design; technically acceptable equal products will be considered. Installation, air compressors, control wiring, and utility connections are excluded. See the attached RFQ and Statement of Work for the complete requirements, applicable provisions and clauses, evaluation criteria, and quotation instructions.


Delivery is required within 10 business days after award. Partial deliveries are permitted. Delivery and acceptance will occur at the CDC Distribution Center, 3719 North Peachtree Road, Chamblee, GA 30341-2221. F.O.B. Destination.


Award will be made using a best-value tradeoff based on technical capability and price. Technical capability is significantly more important than price. Quotations are not offers. The Government intends to issue a firm-fixed-price purchase order to the selected quoter.
