NSWCPD Philadelphia seeks to award a firm fixed price (FFP) purchase order using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) to (Bri-Allen Technologies, 12 Timber Way Court, Reisertown, MD 21136) The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) Philadelphia has established a requirement for... Laboratory Infrastructure Equipment for (25) Twenty Five Line Items that only Bri-Allen can supply on one SAP. The required delivery of the supply items is (30 days) after date of award. The NAICS Code for this procurement is (334220) with a size standard of (1000). The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and does not constitute a solicitation.
