Laboratory-Grade Steam Sterilizer – Supply, Installation, Maintenance, Calibration, and Repair Services

The City of Phoenix Water Services Department is soliciting bids under RFQ-27-0463 for a comprehensive contract to furnish, install, and maintain a laboratory-grade steam sterilizer at the 23rd Avenue Wastewater Treatment Plant Compliance Laboratory. The selected contractor will provide a complete system including equipment, software, installation, and on-site training for at least five personnel. The contractor must ensure ISO 9001:2015 compliance and adhere to strict OSHA and NFPA labeling and safety requirements for hazardous materials. Final acceptance by the City is contingent upon successful installation, verification of performance standards, and the delivery of all operational and warranty documentation. Additionally, the contractor is responsible for obtaining police security clearances for all personnel accessing the facility and maintaining a written heat safety plan for outdoor work.
