English Description: Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for abbreviated proposals from consulting firms to award a Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) to provide "as and when required" the following professional services at the Canadian Forces Base (CFB) Bagotville: Material Analysis: soil, concrete, mortar, bituminous, Soil Sample Analysis, Inspection, and monitoring of steel structures: welding, verticality, bolting. Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the ITT. The objective of this ITT is to select two proponents with the highest total scores. The SOA will be for a period of one (1) year with a maximum estimated value of $ 1,000,000.00. If mutually agreeable between the Consultant and DCC, the SOA may be extended for up to four (4) additional year period and increased in the order of $1,000,000.00 at any time for each additional period. Call-ups under the SOA are expected to be valued between $ 5,000.00 and $ 25,000.00; the maximum value of a call-up under the SOA is $ 100,000.00. Refer to the ITT document for additional information.
