LAKEFRONT MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY MAINTENANCE MOWING

The Lakefront Management Authority is soliciting bids for maintenance mowing services at the New Orleans Lakefront Airport area, with all submissions due by 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 16, 2026. Bids must be submitted either online via centralauctionhouse.com or as sealed envelopes delivered to the Authority’s office at 6001 Stars & Stripes Blvd., Suite 219, New Orleans, Louisiana 70126. Each bid must include a bid security of five percent of the total bid amount, provided as a certified check, cashier’s check, or bid bond compliant with Louisiana Revised Statutes 38:2218. The successful bidder will be required to provide both a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond as specified in the bid documents. Only contractors licensed under Louisiana Revised Statutes 37:2150-2163 for Landscaping, Grading, and Beautification are eligible to submit bids. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. CST on Wednesday, May 27, 2026, at the New Orleans Lakefront Airport’s second-floor conference room, followed by a recommended site visit. The Authority retains the right to reject any or all bids for just cause under Louisiana law. The solicitation has been publicly advertised three times in The New Orleans Advocate on May 19, May 25, and June 1, 2026.
