Full Description
The City of Ottawa, Kansas (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Lakeside Estates Shared Use Path Project #26-1276L
Sealed Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at Ottawa City Hall located at 101 S. Hickory Street, Ottawa, KS 66067, until 1:00 pm (local time) Tuesday, October 20, 2026. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. Bids received after this time will be returned unopened.
The Project includes the following Work: Construction of a Shared Use Path in Ottawa, Kansas. The Project includes, but is not limited to the following approximate major quantities of work:

Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
