Due to the shape of the parcel, the residential setbacks as stipulated by South Lake Tahoe City Code Table 6.85-1 create a restricted buildable area. The project proposes to remove the below ground fuel tanks used to serve the Lakeside Park Marina and build a new above ground fuel tank.
