Bid #C5613375-D: This project requires a contractor to provide all labor, materials, and equipment for landfill sampling, testing, and monitoring services at the Sierra Conservation Center in Jamestown, CA. The work involves semi-annual and annual monitoring tasks as specified by the California Regional Water Quality Control Board (CRWQCB) Order 96-010. Key activities include measuring groundwater parameters, collecting and analyzing samples from seven monitoring wells (MW-1 to MW-7) for various constituents (TDS, TOC, VOCs, etc.), surface water sampling, unsaturated zone monitoring via a lysimeter, soil moisture readings, and gas migration monitoring.
