Landon Equestrian Arena

The Landon Equestrian Arena project, identified by solicitation number 26LUP-00055, involves the construction of a 45,000-gross-square-foot enclosed equestrian facility located at 3715 Baseline Avenue in Santa Ynez, California. The scope of work includes the installation of a 300-square-foot water well pump house for fire suppression and a 22,000-square-foot stormwater retention basin. The facility will be used for horse training, breeding, and boarding, operating daily from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. with seven full-time employees. The site will be supported by a new private on-site wastewater treatment system and an existing single-parcel domestic and agricultural water system.
