  1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
  2. Solicitation number 36C26126Q0750 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ).
  3. The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a contract for commercial plumbing services for the VA Central California Health Care Systems (VACCHCS). This is service-based contract for landscape and grounds maintenance services at VACCHCS facilities.
  4. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561730, with a small business size standard of $9.5 Million. This acquisition is being conducted as a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside.
  5. The anticipated period of performance will consist of a base period with four (4) option years, as identified in the solicitation documents.
  6. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the current Federal Acquisition Circular. The full solicitation package, including the Performance Work Statement and attachments, is included with this posting.
