Government at the Embassy Compound, located at 142 Old Hope Road Kingston 6, and at the Colin Powell Plaza located at 211A Constant Spring Road, Kingston 8.  The Contractor shall perform the required services in all designated areas including, but not limited to interior / exterior property entrance areas; interior buildings, warehouses, and maintenance sheds / buildings; interior roads and sidewalks; exterior roads and sidewalks (adjacent to properties); security guard booths; parking areas; stairways (exterior of buildings); fields; perimeter walls (interior / exterior); recreation areas; fish ponds; sports areas (tennis, squash, volley ball and basketball courts); swimming pools; patio areas; trash collection areas; loading docks; plant nursery; and property trees, lawns, gardens, and flower beds.  The contract will be for a 12-months, with four (4) option years (12-months each) period from the date of the contract award.
