The contractor shall furnish all management, transportation, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to perform massage therapy services on Joint Base Langley-Eustis (JBLE), Langley Air Force Base (LAFB), Virginia (VA) in a manner that shall ensure continuous and reliable service to JBLE patrons. Contractor responsibilities include but are not limited to providing massage tables and chairs, standard intake forms, service-ready linens, a printer for administrative documentation, cleaning and sanitation supplies to maintain a professional, safe, and hygienic service environment for patrons of Joint Base Langley-Eustis.
