BALTIMORE AVENUE, LANSDOWNE, PA. Plans, specifications, information for the bidders and forms for proposals may be obtained or examined on-line via the PennBid Service. This project is CDBG NO. 4920A SANITARY SEWER REPLACEMENT. There is no fee to download and review the project materials. The awarded bidder is responsible for all fees due to the PennBid service. LANSDOWNE Borough is soliciting bids for replacement of approximately 910 LF of sanitary sewer main, approximately forty 4-inch laterals, six proposed manhole and associated facilities. Bids must be made on the forms furnished by the Owner and must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond issued by a Surety licensed to conduct business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, in the amount of at least ten (10%) of the total price bid made payable to the Owner.
