Notice of Advertisement of Bids
LANSDOWNE BOROUGH STREET RESURFACING OF N. HIGHLAND AVENUE
Sealed bids will be received, publicly opened and considered by LANSDOWNE Borough on May 26, 2026 at 10:00 via the PennBid Service, the bid results will be opened digitally online. Plans, specifications, information for the bidders and forms for proposals may be obtained or examined on-line via the PennBid Service.
This project is CDBG NO. 5020A STREET RESURFACING. There is no fee to download and review the project materials. The awarded bidder is responsible for all fees due to the PennBid service.
Bids must be made on the forms furnished by the Owner and must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond issued by a Surety licensed to conduct business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, in the amount of at least ten (10%) of the total price bid made payable to the Owner. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance and Payment Bonds, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price with a corporate surety approved by the Owner.
The Bidder's attention is called to the fact that this project is assisted with federal funds, and various federal requirements apply as noted in the bid documents, including but not limited to equal opportunity provisions.
