The purpose of this Amend 1 to this solicitation is to both clarify the requirements for the “basic operator familiarization training” and the “planned maintenance plan” (updates/changes to the SOW highlighted in yellow), and to extend the closing of the solicitation.
The Minnesota Army National Guard (MNARNG) has a requirement to purchase a brand-new Large Area Rotary Mower - Front Mount w/Cab & Attachments for Camp Ripley Training Center (CRTC) in Little Falls, MN.
This is a “Brand Name or Equal” acquisition. The baseline reference model is the Toro 5910 large area rotary mower. If an "equal" product is offered, it must meet or exceed the salient characteristics and minimum requirements specified in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Delivery shall be FOB Destination.
SET-ASIDE INFORMATION: This acquisition is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. An active SBA Non-Manufacturer Rule (NMR) Class Waiver is in effect for NAICS 333112.
