The Minnesota Army National Guard is seeking a single brand-new Large Area Rotary Mower - Front Mount with Cab and Attachments for use at Camp Ripley Training Center in Little Falls, Minnesota, under solicitation W912LM-26-Q-A014, which is structured as a “Brand Name or Equal” acquisition with the Toro 5910 Groundmaster as the baseline reference. All proposed alternatives must meet or exceed the salient characteristics and minimum requirements detailed in the Statement of Work, including compliance with OSHA 1928.51 for rollover protection, ANSI B71.4 safety standards for rotating beacons and backup alarms, and EPA Tier 4 emissions for the 65-80 HP turbocharged diesel engine. The equipment must be delivered FOB Destination to the specified location at Camp Ripley, with transportation costs borne by the contractor, and must include all operator, maintenance, and parts manuals, along with diagnostic software if applicable.
