Large Displacement Unmanned Vehicle Fuel Cell Pressure Vessel Fabrication

Solicitation N00167-16-T-0043, issued by the Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division, is a total small business set-aside under NAICS 332710 for the fabrication of a fuel cell pressure vessel for a Large Displacement Unmanned Undersea Vehicle. The contractor is responsible for providing the labor, tooling, and expertise to weld Government Furnished Materials using 304L/316L stainless steel to create a pressure vessel welded subassembly. All work must adhere to AWS D1.6 welding procedures or equivalent Navy specifications and follow MIL-STD-31000 drafting standards.
