Large-Scale NII Equipment Maintenance

This subcontract involves providing corrective and preventive maintenance for large-scale Non-Intrusive Inspection systems at Department of Homeland Security Customs and Border Protection facilities. The primary objective is to diagnose and resolve malfunctions to ensure systems return to operational status, specifically targeting a 96 percent Operational Availability rate for pre-primary ports within the continental United States. The selected provider will be responsible for delivering fully operational equipment and submitting all required Work Completion Forms. Due to the nature of the work, personnel must be able to successfully pass a CBP Background Investigation. This effort is managed under the Information Technology Contracting Division and falls under NAICS code 811210.
