The Board of County Commissioners of Clark County, Nevada herein referred to as “COUNTY” is soliciting proposals from qualified non-profit organizations for the preparation of a detailed report on the Vegas Valley Rim Trail (VVRT) with recommendations and standard design plans for missing connections, potential realignments, and improvements to existing trail segments. It is Clark County’s intent that this Request for Proposal is part of a competitive procurement process which helps to serve the County’s best interests while providing offerors with a fair opportunity for their services to be considered. The intent of this formal Request for Proposal is to receive responses from qualified respondents for awards exempt from competitive solicitation under Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS) 332.115, Revised 2019. Questions regarding this RFP must be directed to the contact listed in the RFP document. Proposals for this RFP shall be submitted electronically on the Clark County Bonfire Portal.
