Lathrop General Plan Update

The City of Lathrop is updating its stormwater master planning to address current infrastructure needs and support sustainable redevelopment within Historic Lathrop. This effort builds upon the 2006 Storm Drainage Master Plan and the Lathrop General Plan Update EIR certified in September 2022, which analyzed citywide buildout and drainage requirements. Recent revisions to the East Lathrop Stormwater Master Plan indicate that impact severity has not increased and that previous EIR conclusions and mitigation measures remain valid. This forecast project is managed by the City of Lathrop in California, with Greg Gibson serving as the primary point of contact. The performance of the work will take place within the city of Lathrop.
