This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12 and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation number 1240BH26Q0063 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Lava Lands Pump Replacement & Well Survey.
The Forest Service requires services to inspect, clean, rehabilitate, and restore the Lava Lands Visitor Center (LLVC) potable water well, a public drinking‑water supply source.
