Naval Criminal Investigative Services (NCIS) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price, Sole Source purchase order for the law enforcement badges from V.H. BLACKINTON & CO., INC; 221 JOHN DIETSCH BLVD, P.O. Box 1300, Attleboro Falls, MA 02763-0300. Note: The vendor must accept Government Purchase Card as form of payment. The vendor must submit their bid through GSA E-buy along with a valid published price list. This solicitation is for small business and the vendor must have a valid GSA schedule. Attached is the detailed specification for this requirement along with the Brand Name Justification for your information. Therefore, V.H. BLACKINTON & CO., INC is the only manufacture company that can provide the law enforcement badges that meet NCIS’s specifications. Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements. This is not a solicitation for competitive quotes. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order/contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct competitive procurement.
