NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center intends to modify Contract N00244-11-P-1158 with ZBB Energy Corporation, Menomonee Falls, WI on a sole source basis. The proposed modification will be for additional commissioning tests of the MWH Regenerative Fuel Cell Flow Energy Storage System (ESS). Additional testing required to be conducted at the Naval Base Ventura County prior to final delivery at San Nicolas Island. As the manufacturer of the ESS, ZBB Energy Corporation is the only company capable of conducting these additional tests. Oral request for quotation will be utilized for the proposed modification.
