Full Description
This solicitation will result in the award of one or multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) in accordance with competition requirements in RFO Part 12 and 6. If multiple BPAs are awarded, call orders issued under these BPAs will be competed among the awardees to ensure fair opportunity and best value. Offerors must propose a single Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) for each item listed in Attachment 2. The proposed prices will form a catalog for future FFP Call Orders.
The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items (except as specified elsewhere) necessary to perform verification and issuance of Law Enforcement Officers Safety Act credentials to qualified active, retired, and separated United States Air Force (USAF) personnel as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS).
