This contract pertains to the procurement of a commercial off-the-shelf item identified by NSN 6625-01-406-7807 and part number 1332-0159, with a quantity of 140 units to be delivered FOB origin within 203 days, targeting a need ship date of February 9, 2027, and an original delivery date of March 6, 2027. The item is classified as a critical application product and must comply with all applicable DLA technical and quality requirements referenced by R and I numbers, as defined in the DLA Master List of Technical and Quality Requirements, with the controlling revision determined by the solicitation or award date depending on acquisition size. Packaging and marking must adhere to MIL-STD-2073-1E and MIL-STD-129, respectively, with specific packaging methods including pressure, drying, and containment standards, and palletization in accordance with RP001. Special handling instructions prohibit the intentional addition of mercury or mercury-containing compounds unless functional components such as batteries, fluorescent lamps, or sensors are involved, which must include secondary containment per NAVSEA 5100-003D.
