Leak Survey Contract
All proposals for this project will be submitted through Aquarion Water Authority’s(AWA) E-Bid system and will remained sealed until 2:00 PM, current local time, on Friday, Sept 18th, at which time and place submitted bids will reviewed by AWA. Bids may be submitted anytime before this deadline.
Aquarion Water Company is collecting quotes to award a multi-year contract to a contractor to perform leak survey services. The contractor shall poses specialized electronic equipment capable of identifying sounds and frequencies associated with leaks in underground water infrastructure.
Leak Surveying work shall be performed 5 days a week year round during normal business hours. Primary work location will be Eastern, western, and central areas of Aquarion Water Authority territory, with occasional work in northern and Mystic territory.
Deadline to Submit Requests for Clarifications: 2:00 PM Friday, Sept 11th.
Bid Closing: 2:00 PM Friday, Sept 18th

Aquarion Water Authority reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids. Note: Bid, Performance, and Payment Bonds will not be required for this project. No bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time of this bid.
