Lease amendment for use and improvement of approximately 14,473 square feet of office space to include Suites 400, 425, 720, 740 and 750, temporary use of approximately 5,605 square feet of space located on the 7th floor at Suites 720 and 740 on an “as-needed” basis, and use of 143 non-exclusive use parking spaces within the existing Twenty by Six Building. The lease amendment also includes leasehold improvement allowance for refurbishment of existing space leased by the County within the existing Twenty by Six building. The lease amendment will also extend the term of the lease to March 1, 2034, and provides the option to extend the lease term for two additional five-year periods.
