Ability to modify the building to support: - Approximately 5,700 square feet of space supporting up to 250 pounds per square foot floor loading. - Approximately 10,400 square feet of space supporting up to 200 pounds per square foot floor loading. Visitor screening area for the Government's space to include sign-in desk, x-ray machine, and magnetometer. A lobby arrangement that separates visitor traffic from Government traffic, card operated turnstiles with glass gates.
