And FAR 6.302-2 Unusual and compelling urgency. Authority. 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(2). Service Corporation is close to the GSA Lease office - PPQ Florida has a high concentration of field offices in Southeast Florida so it makes sense to have the staging lot in FT Lauderdale. Nearby PPQ field offices are: Miami Plant Inspection Station, 6302 NW 36th ST, Miami, FL 33122 Port Everglades Office- 1800 Eller Dr. FT Lauderdale, FL 33316 Davie Office- 4380 Oakes Rd., Davie, FL 33314 FT Pierce Office- 2741 Crossroads Pkwy, FT Pierce, FL 34945 ARS Facility offices- 13601 Old Cutler Rd., Miami, FL 33158 Riviera Beach office- 1 East 11th ST, Riviera Beach, FL 33404 Vero Beach office- 8075 20 Street, Vero Beach, FL 32966 Vehicles will be staged at this lot for other offices throughout PPQ Florida, but given the high concentration of offices in the Southeast, FT Lauderdale is the perfect location.
