General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:

Additional Requirements:
1. Contiguous space on one (1) floor is required. Space must be located on the second floor or above
2. Space shall not be located in the same building as a daycare center or foreign government offices
3. Four (4) reserved, secured parking spaces must be available on site or within one block of the office building
4. Agency personnel must have twenty four (24) hour/seven (7) days a week unrestricted access to the proposed space and reserved parking

Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required.
