JSD is soliciting proposals from qualified Offerors to provide professional legal services in support of district administration and operations on an as-needed basis.
Legal services may be requested in one or more of the following categories:
A. Student Services and Related Legal Services; B. Special Education and Section 504 Legal Services; C. Employment and Personnel Legal Services; D. Real Estate and Property Legal Services; and E. District Operations and Business Legal Services.
Offerors may propose services in one or more of the legal services categories listed above. Offerors are not required to propose in all legal services categories to be considered for award. A separate proposal is not required for each legal services category proposed. All proposals must be submitted in accordance with the Instructions for Submitting the RFP. Proposals will be evaluated, and contracts may be awarded independently by legal services category.

This RFP is issued in accordance with the Utah Procurement Code, Utah Code Annotated (UCA) Title 63G, Chapter 6a, and applicable rules contained in the Utah Administrative Rules (UAR). In the event of a conflict between this RFP and applicable law, the UCA and UAR shall govern.
