Sealed Bids for the LCA Main Office Parking Lot Expansion Project will be received electronically via the PennBid Program by the Lehigh County Authority until 12:00 PM prevailing time, Thursday, October 17, 2024. Abstract of Bids received will be posted on PennBid. All project documents are available at no cost at PennBid (www.pennbid.net). A pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 A.M., prevailing time, Wednesday, October 9, 2024 at LCA Main Office at 1053 Spruce Road, Allentown, PA. Each Bid must be accompanied by Bid security in the form of a Bid bond (in the required form), or certified check, for ten percent of the Bid total. Bids shall remain open for a period of sixty days from the date of Bid opening unless award is delayed by a required approval from a governmental agency, the sale of bonds, or the award of a grant or grants, in which event the Bids shall remain open for a period of 120 days from the date of Bid opening.
