The contract SPE4A5-26-T-107D, issued by the Department of Defense through the ASC Supplier Oper OEM Division, is for the procurement of 10 units of a lens light assembly, identified by NSN 6220-01-469-9548 and part number 002005-1. The product is supplied by Goodrich Lighting Systems Inc and is designated as a critical application item. The contract requires delivery within 36 days of the order, with an original required delivery date of February 4, 2027, to the DLA Distribution San Joaquin facility in Tracy, California. Inspection and acceptance of the items will occur at the destination, with strict adherence to DLA packaging requirements, including compliance with military standards such as MIL-STD-129 for marking and labeling, and ASTM D3951 for commercial packaging unless overridden by more specific DLA technical quality requirements. Additionally, the contract incorporates several technical and quality stipulations, referencing the DLA Master List of Technical and Quality Requirements, and mandates compliance with cybersecurity standards, specifically a CMMC Level 2 Self-Assessment. Sampling and quality inspection methods follow military standards MIL-STD-1916 or ASQ H1331, with specified acceptance quality levels for critical, major, and minor attributes. The contract explicitly excludes the need for item unique identification, and requires removal of government identification from non-accepted supplies. Transportation and packaging instructions conform to specific DLA procedures to ensure proper handling and readiness for delivery. The primary contact for this contract is Sean Farley, reachable via provided email and phone number.
