The contract, identified by solicitation number PWS27-4116FAC, encompasses all aspects of construction including transportation, utilities, and services necessary for completion. Interested parties should coordinate through the designated point of contact at the City of Carlsbad to ensure compliance with all technical specifications and regulatory requirements outlined in the construction documents.
